GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • Delegates must report to the registrations desk by 8:00 AM. Punctuality is expected.
  • Delegates are to be dressed in modest western formals/ ethnic wear according to their respective portfolios. Girls are requested to be dressed in modest trousers. Skirts or dresses must be avoided.
  • Participants will have to wear their temporary ID card at all times.
  • Delegates will be provided with a delegate kit which would include basic stationary along with a temporary ID and placards.
  • Lunch, morning snacks and refreshments would be taken care of.
  • Participants are permitted to carry electronics such as mobile phones and laptops however, they would be responsible for their own belongings. The OC will not be held responsible for any loss of property.
  • The decision of the EB is final and binding. The directives of the Secretariat General are deemed final.
  • Delegates must maintain decorum while engaging in debate as expected in the school premises. It must be kept in mind that any commotion must not disrupt the ongoing sessions in their neighbouring committee rooms.
  • Using the internet during committee hours is restricted and is permissble only by the jursidiction of the Executive Board. However, it is crucial to recognize this as a privilege, not an entitlement. We strongly recommend utilising offline tools for draft resolution, research, reports or write-ups. Any improper use of this privilege will result in the immediate revocation of internet access or, depending on the severity of the misuse, potential disqualification without the possibility of reinstatement.
